I apologize for running late with this week’s installment for Kung Fu Saturdays. I hope I did not let too many people down. This week is another Shaw Brothers, Venom Mob selection to add to your taste for classic Kung Fu movies!

Have you ever seen The Flag of Iron (aka The Spearman of Death)? It is definitely another Venom Mob style plot for vengeance storyline. There are acts of betrayal intermingling in the feud between two rival gangs, The Iron Flag Clan and The Eagle Clan. The intensity increases when the respected leader of The Iron Flag clan is assassinated by The Spearman, and a loyal clan brother is manipulated as a dishonored pawn!

You will enjoy this flick when you see a sadistic sell-out gets his in the end!
